How Points Are Accumulated
1 Point Per Violation:
- Late For Shift (Even 1 Minute)
- Failure To Complete & Submit Any Daily Tasks Assigned In Company App
- Submitting Your Daily Task As Complete In App But Failure To Complete The Work
- Past Due UCA Prepaid Trainings
- Allowing Visitors Behind The Counter
- Failure To Follow Dress Code
- Visitors On Store Premises For Longer Than Permitted Time (Inside Or Outside)

2 Points Per Violation:
- Unexcused Absences
- Register Discrepancy
- Bad Review On Social Media, Google, Or Left With Management
- Failure To Adhere To Time Off Policy &/Or Attendance Policy

Immediate Termination:
- No Call No Show
- Theft
- Suspicion Of Being Under The Influence Of Drugs Or Alcohol
- Clocking Out Early Before Your Shift Ends
- Leaving Work Premises During A Shift Without Permission
