Expectations |
Top 3 Expectations:
1.) Dependable
In our industry we need to be able to rely on you. That's why 1st & foremost we expect dependability & professionalism.
You should be clocked in 10-15 minutes before your shift starts. Clocking in the minute your shift starts is considered late. If you need time off, be responsible & give us 2 weeks notice. When you're scheduled for a shift we expect you to be there. "But I don't have a ride to work." It's the 21st century. Probably one of the worst excuses you could ever give. If you're depending on someone else & they can't give you a ride, here are 3 alternatives: 1.) Uber 2.) Taxi 3.) Bus Problem solved. If you're not dependable or have a habit of needing a substantial amount of time off, this isn't the opportunity for you. 2.) Trustworthy
If you don't have trust then what do you really have? It's vitally important that not only can we can trust you as a company, but that our customers trust you as well.
You deal with cash transactions every shift, it's important that you don't have a history of theft, or develop what we like to call sticky fingers. Don't lie to your customers. Rapport is everything when it comes to sales & customer service. When you don't have it, you can kiss that sale goodbye. Don't lie to your co-workers or management. Sometimes, it's hard to tell the truth, or admit when you made a mistake. But the respect you earn from being honest, will pay you back in more ways than you can imagine. 3.) High Level Performance
This is last on the list but just as important as the expectations above.
This is a performance based opportunity. We grade your dependability, trustworthiness, & sales performance. If you are not performing at a high level, then you aren't maximizing your opportunities & you are in turn losing the company money. This opportunity requires skills. If you don't hone yours, you may find yourself missing out on a nice fat commission check. |
